Most of them have DVDs and kits with all the tools you’ll need (that are typically provided in class). Check out their websites (links above) so you can lift, tone and burn at home!
P.P.S. Brand new to barre? No worries. All you’ll need are a pair of socks (I love these Lululemon ones that look like ballet slippers!), and form-fitting workout wear, which makes it easier to see your form in the mirrors.
